Let's Tune In to Fitness Frequencies

Whatever I do, I do it passionately, heartily and mindfully. So is my proclivity for exercise
. That's my favourite day starter. I always like to think of myself as a bubbling, lively, captivating and fighting fit person. I never pay heed, but people around me say that I'm an inspiration to countless and they just sneak up on me. They're really after my fitness charm. Oh my gosh, what an inconceivable truth to me! However, it sometimes gives me signs about the craving of others to stay fit. And frankly, I wouldn't mind helping other people, because it might be fruitful and encouraging for my secret admirers. Bearing this in mind, I am trying to put into words last week's experience of a day in a lush natural setting to reveal a little of my health charm. Say cheers!

I always prefer an environment that is conducive to training. On normal days, I hit the gym at the crack of the dawn. But this lockdown has changed the daily grind of almost everyone. Mine too. Therefore, there is a change in my workout plan, but it hasn't come to a halt yet, it's still going on, though at a different venue and in a different way. During the past month, I prepared myself to exercise inside the four walls of my home. But it wasn't a pleasurable act for me. So I planned to go for a fun run in the morning and, to my surprise, I came across numerous fitness enthusiasts. And you know, it was something really motivating. I felt that it is rightly said: "Like attracts like." People with the same mindset click on you at first glance. Although I was alone, I didn't feel it because there was no dearth of fitness conscious people. Some were involved in the group activities, while others appreciated their own company. And I was there as a stand-alone actor too. So, after a round of jogging, I chose a spectacular place to do a few exercises. I was about to begin, when abruptly, an old colleague of mine bumped into me and started discussing about the variety of workout regimen I follow and pampered me a lot in actual. It was pretty amazing to me the way people notice my strengths that I try to keep under the covers. Well, I was thrilled at first, though, somehow, it was a little distracting too. Because I don't like people who visit fitness running zones just to stand and stare, always looking for excuses to talk and do nothing for themselves. Ignoring that, I thought it was better to be productive as I was running out of time. I wanted to have my first shot of energy by beating my own limits to feel myself. For me, there's no such thing as crushing my own disks every day! And I always want to keep my wonderful spirit alive. So on that day, I did mixed type of workout. Like I began with a few static stretches to avoid muscle cramps. And the race was the first thing in the sweaty process. Then I did Tabata that led to yoga poses and ended up with a couple of dynamic stretches. I should add that I didn't feel exhausted even after doing such strenuous exercises, probably because of magnificent and soothing green all around or it was something else. Ergo here, I would like to provide you with a bit of a personal perspective on the exercise. From my point of view, exercise that drains your energy is not a good routine. Because the exercise is to boost your level of power. When I exercise correctly, I sense a strong surge of energy and confidence too. I suppose that's where people make mistakes. They feel as tired after hitting the gym or exercising as a person who has not slept overnight. So, my first lucky health charm for you is, be careful about the type of training you do. It's must. I bet things that don't give you happiness and diminish your endurance, can't give you health. I would say undoubtedly that a good workout regimen must be a really enlivening way to shred pounds and should generate happy hormones as well. It's one of my peculiar charms where people are ignorant. Just like a copycat people jump on the cardio bandwagon whether it suits them or not, they don't care because they just have to imitate others. Here, the real issue is here. Each person has different needs and requirements, based on their stamina, medical condition or age. This is what I want to make clear to my fellow followers that each person is unique in his or her way, has a different physique and should therefore follow a different training schedule. The grace they feel in my actions is the result of my one-of-a-kind way of doing things. And they may also do things in their own way, depending on their convenience. 

Rest, the great results follow the great deeds, needless to say. I would like to wrap up here by saying that anyone can get the desired shape with the right type of workout. So remain attuned to fitness frequencies.
