Overall, in each service, the number of individuals shot skywards globally as all means of communication tended to attract more people over the course of a decade. Plus, the popularity of Cellular phone service was strikingly etched against the rest of the modes of transmission.

To commence with, in 1998, the statistics of people using the cell phone service were almost 5 per 100 inhabitants, nearly identical to those of the Internet service. Since that year onwards, the number of individuals demanding Cellular phone service multiplied by more than ten to reach 60 per 100 residents in 2008. Hence, it was witnessed as the most sought-after service of the ultimate year in the chart provided. On the growth mapping tract, the figure of Internet service subscribers undoubtedly rose. However, they could only secure second place with a population of 25 per 100 dwellers by the end of the 10-year period.

On the flip side, the least liked services of the period were Mobile broadband and Fixed broadband, data for which remained stagnant at zero for approximately the initial five years, that is almost until 2003 and thence it caught an upward trend to grab the attention of mere 5 out of 100 individuals in 2008. Likewise, Landline service users also increased, but by exhibiting a mixed pattern up to 2008. They excelled the remaining services with 15 percent of indigenous consumers in 1998. Then, there was a slight increase in the popularity of the Landline service, so the number of clients evolved to 20 per 100 in 2006. Subsequently, its demand declined somewhat and in 2008 it was only 18 per cent.
